Literature Text

Location: Testing Labratory, Pyongyang, North Korea.
Time: 10:30 pm at night, AD Year 2000
Character(s): Leeuw Lee, unnamed children used as test subjects.

It's long that I've been here. For those who don't know who I am, my name is Leeuw. I've been stuck here for at least an hour, unable to get any sleep. The reason for this is because I want to be free, and I miss my family. I'll do anything to find them, and if my parents are dead, I'll look for someone who can adopt me. Fortuanetly for me, I'm not the only one living in squaled conditions. Many other children are like me, being used as a test subject from birth.

Hopefully, I will be able to escape this labratory and rescue all the children as well. These kids are at most, 10 years old, and at least, 3 years old. They never got a chance to even be a child at one point of their life. They have to go through something they're too young to, and they don't even have the love of a single parent. I feel for them and I wish they had love, so they could stop being sad and learn to enjoy life.

Well tonight, things are just about to change. I managed to flee from my room, which is more like a jail cell, and it's all because they forgot to lock it. Now all I have to do is find the key and unlock all the rooms. Good idea, eh? Here I go walking down the hall. Walk... Walk... Walk... Oh! Look what I've found. It's an area with a small door on it. I wonder what's there. Here I go... I've opened it, and I just cannot believe what I have found. It's the key! Way to go, Leeuw! Now I have to go back and unlock the cells so the kids and I can escape. I'm just about 3 and a half years old, but I bet I can do this.

Here I go... I'm going to unlock each room, and bring out the children. C'mon guys! I won't hurt you! I'm bringing you to freedom. "Won't we get in trouble?" A little girl asked. "But what else can I do to help you?" I replied. She gave me a stern look, but she agreed to come. Suddenly, she called for all the other kids to come out, and they all came running out. "Shhhh!" I scolded, "You don't want to wake up the supervisors, do you?" I asked. "No, sorry" she apologized.

I smiled at her and got the group to find the nearest exit. As we left, the alarm went off and the supervisors woke up, but by then, we were out. I commanded the kids to run, and they did. We ran as far as we could, and then stopped at a hamlet for safety. All of a sudden, I fainted under the roof of a gas station, until someone came with their pick-up truck. I got the kids to hop in the back, since we were lucky it was empty. From there, we slept for the whole trip until the truck stopped. From then, we woke up and discovered we were somewhere completely new.

I looked around, and I wondered where I was. It wasn't until a tourist came up to me and told me that me and the crowd of children were in South Korea. I felt completely astonished. "I'm in a new country?" I gasped. "Uh huh" the tourist told me, "But don't worry. This country is safe in terms of government. In fact, the government may even try to help you". I was so relieved that I was not in danger or distress anymore.

A few hours later, the tourist lead us to an orphanage and asked us to stay there until our parents came to pick us up. A day later, some kids got to go home with their parents, but a few had to stay because their parents had died. I only had to stay because my parents had gone missing for a long time, and even the South Korean President didn't know what happened to them. Luckily I live in the Netherlands now, and I have a good life there being cared by my foster parents.
Yes, this is the prologue to Leeuw's story. I'll explain the causes of her incontinence, and her reasons for wearing diapers in the first chapter.
