From Three To Four Chapter 3

     Fortunately for Azalea and her friends, the strangers just looked away. Ten minutes later, the kids had already gotten to the school. Instead of going inside, however, they decided to wait outside for the principal to come and get them. Leeuw did this last year, and she decided to do it again because of the newcomers. "Wait here" Leeuw commanded. Azalea and her friends did so, while Leeuw went to talk to the principal about the new students that had arrived. A few minutes later, the principal appeared in front of Fuego, Azalea, Vanessa, and Daniil. "Hello there. Welcome to the Lutheran School for the Well-Being of Students. I hope you enjoy your time here. Meanwhile, I'll show you what class you are in. Follow me" she purred.

     "C'mon, let's follow her" Fuego commanded. "But Fuego, my cousin and my friend Vanessa are new here, and I haven't been here for a long time" Azalea whined. "Don't worry. I'll protect you from bad people, and I'm sure there are nice people in this school" Fuego whispered. Azalea looked at her old friend with a distrusting glance, but agreed to follow. "Good. Now let's walk down the hallways" Fuego told them. The three obeyed their leader, and went searching for Leeuw. "Leeuw!" They loudly called, "Leeuw!" Not long after, the principal showed up with Leeuw. "Now that I've found you guys, I'll show you where your class is" she politely stated. They all nodded, but Azalea still feared being taken advantage of, while Fuego was determined to protect her.

     About a while later, Azalea and her friends arrived at a classroom full of obnoxious, screaming kids. "Shut up!" Leeuw called. They all looked at her with a weird look. "You are one to talk" they sneered. Leeuw only stared at them. "Leeuw, that's harsh. Maybe you should be a bit nicer, but she's right. Be quiet." The principal announced. "Why? More new students?" they spat. The principal nodded, while the teacher frowned at his class' disrespect. "Treat the new students with respect. That is the golden rule here, and yet it is the most commonly broken" he growled.

     At that, all the grade 9 students kept their mouth closed. "Here are the three new students I am going to introduce you to. One is actually a student who has been here in the past, but has left and come back" the principal announced. The kids looked curious, but their faces changed when Azalea entered the room. "Azalea!" They cried with happiness, as they all surrounded her and hugged her. All of them hugged her, except for two. They looked extremely malicious, and even insulted Azalea. "Get out. Rule is, if you leave, no coming back" the two young teenagers snarled.

     Azalea tried to toughen up, but inside her, it hurt. Vanessa, seeing that Azalea had been hurt, walked up and told the two to keep quiet. "And who are you?" they huffed. "My name is Vanessa. I am new here, but I am angry at you for hurting my friend. Apologize now!" Vanessa hissed. "Oh, and this black-haired girl in the shorts is new as well. She might be a bit bitter when you first meet her, but once you get to know her, she's nice" the principal stated. Vanessa nodded. One of the two mean students glared at her. Leeuw peeked carefully, and recognized who it was. It was Algojo de Hond. The most malicious, yet weakest out of all five of the bullies. "Algojo..." Leeuw whispered. Meanwhile, Daniil entered the classroom with caution, but held his head high, hoping to look like he wasn't shy, although he really was.

      "Oh, and this boy. I forgot to mention him to you. His name is Daniil. I can't tell whether he isn't shy, or is, but is just trying to hide it. The teacher will do a classroom introduction with all of you once you get to know each others' names" the principal told them. "Goodbye!" she squealed, as she left with happiness. Daniil seemed shy, and rather nervous, while Azalea was so happy her eyes were tearing up. Vanessa, on the other hand, looked like she hated being in the classroom. "What's wrong, grumpy girl?" the other mean student chuffed. Vanessa looked at him with an unfriendly frown, while Azalea stared at him. "Um, Leeuw, who is that boy over there?" Azalea asked. "That's Teivel. He's a mean one, along with his girlfriend Algojo, so I recommend you avoid him and the rest of his little group. They do bully others after all" Leeuw stated. Azalea looked frightened, as her eyes went wide. "Oh no... I'm scared now" she gasped.
